We guarantee that for any reason you are unhappy with any trophy or award purchased from us, we will exchange it or refund the cost if returned within 7 days of delivery.
All orders should be checked within 48 hours of receipt of the order and we must contacted by email prior to returning an item.
Engraved items are not returnable unless the error is with us. See ‘Returns for Personalised Goods’ below for more details.
Products which have not been engraved/customised are to be returned at the customers cost.
Products should be returned to us packed in the original packaging and in the original condition.
Should any goods be received back by Trophies2u with unreported damaged or fault, then no refund can be given.
Only faulty goods will be collected free of charge by Trophies2u.
For your own protection, we recommend that you use a ‘signed for’ delivery service for returns and obtain ‘proof of posting’.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Returns for Personalised Goods
Should any product arrive with a defect or an engraving error this should be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt via email. If in the instance an engraving error has been made on a flat plate engraving plate, a replacement place will be dispatched immediately. A simple procedure to remove the original place will be emailed to you or explained over the phone, enabling a swift and easy swap over of plates.
Policy for Faulty Goods
We will not be liable for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the product we have supplied to you and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under this guarantee.
